By creating an account or using the Curevity app you agree to these terms. Please read the medical disclaimer first — it is the most important part.
Curevity is an organisational and informational tool: it reminds you about the medicines you entered, records the readings you typed, and explains information in plain words. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, does not prescribe or dose medicines, and is not a substitute for a doctor, pharmacist or emergency service. AI answers can be wrong or incomplete. Always confirm medical decisions with a qualified professional, and call local emergency services in an emergency — do not rely on the app. Reminders can fail for reasons outside our control (phone off, battery optimisation, notification settings, OS behaviour); the app must never be your only safeguard for critical medication.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping your device and credentials secure. One account's shared health data belongs to one primary phone at a time; the app tells you clearly before any takeover or restore action and what it will delete. The caregiver features show caregivers only what you approve; approving a caregiver is your decision and your responsibility.
Caregivers see the care summary the patient allowed, receive the alerts the patient enabled, and — only on the Premium plan and only with the patient's explicit permission — may propose medicine changes, which apply on the patient's phone. Caregivers must use these features with the patient's knowledge and in the patient's interest.
Paid plans (Plus, Family, Premium) are monthly auto-renewing subscriptions billed by Apple's App Store or Google Play under their terms. Prices are shown in the store before you buy. Cancel any time in the store's subscription settings; access continues to the end of the paid period, and store refund policies apply. One subscription belongs to one Curevity account. Plan limits (reports stored, AI chats and diet plans per month) are shown on the plans page and may be adjusted prospectively; we will not reduce what an active subscriber already paid for within a billing period. A free trial, where offered, runs once per account.
Do not attempt to break the app's security, access other users' data, resell AI capacity, misuse the AI for content unrelated to your health, or use Curevity for anyone's care without their consent. We may suspend accounts that do.
We work to keep the service reliable, but the app and its online features are provided "as is" and may be interrupted, changed or discontinued. Your local health data always remains on your device regardless of our servers' availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for harm arising from reliance on reminders, AI content, or caregiver features, beyond the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of India. Contact: [email protected]. If we change these terms materially, we will tell you in the app before the change applies.
